I am currently partnered exclusively with a leading company in the Personal Care Chemicals industry. We are currently in search for an experienced Sales professional with expertise in the Personal Care Chemicals industry. *This is a remote position, candidate must be based in Europe. 3+ years of sales management experience, with a proven track record in the personal care chemicals industry. ~ Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Natural Sciences (e.g., Deep knowledge of the personal care chemical sector and trends, leveraging this understanding in strategic planning and execution. Meet or exceed budgeted revenue and profitability for assigned customers/markets. Work with customers to facilitate the day-to-day business including information requests, pricing updates, review of quality complaints/corrective actions, regulatory requests, shipment and delivery timing, and coordinate getting information to the plants Provides information needed for accurate volume forecasts and sales to Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing to support capacity planning and line scheduling processes. Develops annual sales and expense budget and sales forecasts. Understands and determines product pricing based on product value proposition and market pricing. React effectively to market pricing actions and competitive threats. Prepares timely sales reports, teleconferencing notes, weekly reports, loads and updates projects into CRM.
