**Career Opportunity:**
We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Pre-Sales Engineer. This is a full-time remote position based in Italy.
This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients and partners. As a Pre-Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for supporting business development through lead generation and providing technical support during sales pitches and meetings.
* Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Support: Assist in generating leads through roadshows or workshops, and provide technical guidance during sales pitches and meetings.
* Technical Expertise: Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, ensuring trust is built through in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
* Training and Development: Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks required for pre-sale support, and ensure all business partners have a clear understanding of EcoFlow products & services.
* Feedback and Improvement: Collect valuable feedback & insights from clients and partners, working closely with R&D teams to continuously improve EcoFlow products.
* Customer Success: Provide insights and suggestions based on technical know-how, helping partners customize solutions to achieve commercial success.
Requirements:
* Education: Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering, preferably electrical engineering or related fields.
* Experience: At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles, with a minimum of 3 years working experience in the Residential Energy Storage industry.
* Skills and Qualifications: Strong self-drive and proactiveness, great communication skills, comfortable speaking or delivering training to groups, ability to listen and understand customer needs, natural interest or passion in this industry, willingness to continuously learn, fluency in English and Italian, and other languages such as French, German, Polish, Dutch being a plus.
