Pramac, part of the third group in the world in the production of diesel and gas generators, is looking for a Sales Manager for the Commercial & Industrial Energy Storage Solutions market to be included in its Headquarter Team – and main plant of the Group – Casole D'Elsa, Siena (Italy).

The candidate will be a passionate salesperson that enjoys winning new customers and will be responsible for expanding the market share of the company in the assigned markets.
Responsibilities
Identify potential future customers and develop them into clear business opportunities.
Be responsible for the entire customer relationship during the sales process.
Increase market presence and drive marketing activities of the C&I Energy Storage products of Pramac.
Have a solid understanding of the overall business and act as the product expert in the assigned market.
Contribute to the overall sales strategy for the C&I Energy Storage market of the company.
Continuously develop knowledge regarding products and competitors.
Previous experience in a B2B environment considered an advantage.
Knowledge of the renewable energy and energy market sectors.
Qualifications
Degree in engineering or equivalent background.
At least 2 years of professional experience in sales management or related activities.
Willingness to travel (class B driving licence).
Fluent English level.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Experience in building customer relationships and closing sales deals.
Self‑starter with a "Can‑Do" attitude: good problem‑solving skills; the ability to ask the right questions, help frame logical conclusions and arrive at effective solutions. xjrgpwk
Prior knowledge of B2B business is an advantage.
