The role drives strategy, prioritisation, and execution — partnering with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to ship things customers love and the business needs.Key Responsibilities
Own the roadmap and strategy for a defined product areaConduct customer research, write product specs, and align stakeholdersPartner closely with engineering and design through the build cycleDefine and track product metrics; iterate based on dataCoordinate launches with marketing, sales, and customer successMake tough prioritisation calls and communicate the why clearly
Required Skills and Qualifications
4+ years as a Product Manager shipping software productsStrong analytical skills and comfort with quantitative decision-makingExcellent written communication, including PRDs and stakeholder updatesFamiliarity with product analytics tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA4)Bias for action and ability to drive ambiguous projects to outcomesEmpathy for customers and curiosity about their problems
