Sales Manager – Luxury Hospitality | Italy & Europe On behalf of one of our respected clients — a soon-to-open, ultra-luxury five-star property in the heart of Florence, part of a renowned international luxury hospitality group — ESI Executive Search International is looking for a driven, highly autonomous Sales Manager ready to take the next step in their career. This is a rare opportunity to help position a discreet and refined new address within one of Italy's most celebrated cultural capitals: an elegant residence where history, art, and hospitality meet, offering an intimate number of rooms and suites, refined dining, and the distinctive philosophy of privacy, refinement, and the spirit of a private home combined with Palace privileges. Reporting to the Director of Sales, your mission is to promote the property across the Italian and key European markets, maximising visibility and commercial performance.

Ensure full promotion of the hotel and the wider group portfolio. Manage an existing client portfolio and actively prospect new business across the Italian and European markets. Prepare and implement a monthly action plan.

Build strong, loyal relationships with corporate clients and luxury travel advisors, driving revenue. Negotiate and supervise corporate and leisure contracts. Represent the property at trade shows, sales missions, and industry events.

Monitor competitor activity and adapt sales strategies accordingly. Collaborate closely with leading luxury brand and distribution partners. A first solid track record in luxury hospitality sales — ready for your second step into a more autonomous, high-visibility role.

Ideally, an established network within the international luxury leisure segment (Virtuoso, ILTM Cannes, Leading Hotels of the World clientele and comparable circles). Fluency in Italian and English is required; an additional language is an advantage. Strong command of IT and CRM tools.

Excellent interpersonal and commercial skills, recognised for your results, analytical mindset, and ability to take initiative. Full-time, permanent contract, RAL depending on experience around 38/40K, to start as soon as possible.
