As part of the W Hotels brand, we are seeking a passionate and creative Marketing Manager who will elevate the hotel's market presence, strengthen brand awareness, and drive commercial performance through innovative marketing strategies aligned with Marriott International standards. /p h3Position Summary /h3 pThe Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the annual marketing and communication strategy for W Florence, ensuring alignment with brand standards while driving awareness, engagement, and revenue generation across all market segments. /p pThis role will oversee integrated marketing campaigns, digital presence, public relations initiatives, partnerships, content creation, and local activations that reinforce W Florence as a leading luxury lifestyle destination in Florence and beyond. /p pThe successful candidate will be highly creative, commercially minded, and experienced in luxury hospitality or lifestyle brands, with a strong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and digital marketing trends. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ulliDevelop and execute the annual Marketing Plan in alignment with hotel business objectives and Marriott brand standards. /liliPosition W Florence as a leading luxury lifestyle destination through innovative and impactful marketing initiatives. /liliIdentify market opportunities, emerging trends, and competitive insights to support revenue growth and brand visibility. /liliCollaborate closely with Sales, Revenue Management, Operations, and Marriott regional teams to ensure marketing strategies support commercial objectives. /li /ul h3Digital Marketing E-Commerce /h3 ulliManage the hotel's digital ecosystem, including website content, Marriott channels, social media platforms, and third‑party partnerships. /liliOversee digital campaigns, SEO/SEM initiatives, email marketing, and performance marketing activities. /liliMonitor campaign performance and provide analysis with recommendations for continuous optimization. /liliEnsure brand consistency across all digital and guest‑facing communication channels. /li /ul h3Public Relations Partnerships /h3 ulliDevelop and maintain strong relationships with media, influencers, luxury brands, tourism organizations, and local stakeholders. /liliCoordinate PR activities, media visits, influencer collaborations, and press events. /liliIdentify strategic partnerships that enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. /li /ul h3Content Brand Experience /h3 ulliLead content creation initiatives including photography, video production, social media storytelling, and marketing collateral. /liliSupport the development of signature experiences, activations, and events that reflect the W Hotels brand DNA. /liliEnsure all communications maintain the distinctive voice and visual identity of W Hotels. /li /ul h3Budget Performance Management /h3 ulliManage the annual marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources. /liliTrack and report key marketing KPIs, campaign performance, and return on investment. /liliProvide regular reports and insights to hotel leadership and Marriott stakeholders. /li /ul h3Candidate Profile Experience Qualifications /h3 ulliMinimum b4 years of Marketing experience within luxury hospitality, lifestyle, luxury retail, fashion, or premium consumer brands /b. /liliPrevious experience within an international luxury hotel environment is highly preferred. /lilibMarriott International experience is considered a strong advantage. /b /liliDegree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field. /liliProven track record in developing and executing successful integrated marketing campaigns. /li /ul h3Skills Competencies /h3 ulliStrong understanding of luxury consumer behavior and lifestyle branding. /liliExcellent digital marketing and social media expertise. /liliExceptional communication, storytelling, and presentation skills. /liliCreative mindset combined with strong analytical and commercial acumen. /liliAbility to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. /liliStrong stakeholder management and relationship‑building skills. /liliFluent in English; Italian language proficiency is highly desirable. /li /ul h3What We Offer /h3 ulliOpportunity to join one of the most iconic luxury lifestyle brands in hospitality. /liliDynamic and international working environment. /liliProfessional development opportunities within Marriott International. /liliCompetitive compensation package. /li /ul h3Compensation /h3 ulliIndicative salary range: b€40,000 – €42,000 gross annual salary /b, depending on the candidate's level of local and international experience and overall profile. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
