Develop and execute strategic account growth plans aligned with TE's business strategy.Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, positioning TE as a preferred supplier.Manage all commercial aspects with customers, including offers, quotations, contracts, and price negotiations.Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market share and revenue.Promote TE's technologies and product portfolio to customers, driving project opportunities with Field Engineering.Ensure customer satisfaction by proactively resolving issues and coordinating internal teams for timely support.Monitor and manage financial aspects such as cash flow, credit concessions, and receivables.Prepare budgets, forecasts, and performance reports for won projects.Maintain oversight of the engineering project pipeline to ensure alignment with account strategy.Track and achieve key KPIs such as revenue growth, preferred supplier status, and market share gains.
Your ideal background
University degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics) or Business Administration.Proven experience in sales, including account planning, relationship management, and commercial negotiations.Ability to identify, develop, and close new business opportunities.Strategic thinking skills with the ability to execute and deliver against targets.High level of communication skills in English, both written and verbal.Proficiency with Windows Office and CRM tools (SFDC/Salesforce).Strong commercial skills, customer focus, and ability to build executive‐level relationships.Solid negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Flexibility for travel and a valid driver's license.
