A day in the lifeYou'll work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across the site. You'll also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will include prioritising routine team management and daily operational tasks, alongside other tasks such as individual escalations, process improvement work and wide‐scale operational contingency planning.As a key part of the operations team you work with colleagues in other teams and external partners to meet customer demands and targets. This involves analysing data and performance metrics with leaders in your business area and discussing the operational pros and cons of technical improvements with engineers.About the teamCustomer Fulfilment, or CF, is where it all started for Amazon. We manage dynamic inventory and facilitate speedy deliveries around the clock.Lots of people work in our Fulfilment Centres, creating opportunities for every skillset. Some of us work with physical products while others analyse data to help everyone across the business make smart decisions.The base pay for this position is PLN 8,883 monthly. Additional compensation may include a sign‐on bonus and participation in a restricted stock‐unit scheme operated independently by Amazon.com Inc. in the USA. Completed university degree before the start date or graduated within the last 24 monthsAdvanced proficiency in written and verbal English and local languageRelevant experience in performing data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain, Business/Management, Engineering or another related fieldExperience communicating with a wide range of stakeholders, including peers and leadershipExperience in a logistical working environmentExperience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment
