Perla incastonata ai piedi del ghiacciaio, l’Hotel Bellevue & Spa è situato nel cuore di un territorio popolato da camosci, stambecchi, marmotte e mucche al pascolo. L’atmosfera di questa antica dimora è unica per posizione, arredo e storia. I tre ristoranti utilizzano prodotti del territorio e aromi dell’orto. La nuova area benessere (1.200 m2) vi accoglie tra grotte, cascate e antichi chalet, offrendo la possibilità di rilassarsi in un ambiente che combina la bellezza delle montagne e la cultura alpina con il piacere delle acque sorgive.
Inside the restaurant: Perched at the foot of the Gran Paradiso glacier, Hotel Bellevue & Spa is located in the heart of a territory populated by chamois, ibex, marmots and grazing cows. The atmosphere of this ancient home is unique in terms of location, furniture and history. The three restaurants use local products and aromas from the vegetable garden. The new wellness area (1,200 m2) welcomes you among caves, waterfalls and ancient chalets, offering you the privilege of relaxing in an environment that combines the beauty of the mountains and alpine culture with the pleasure of immersing yourself in the warm spring waters.
Responsibilities / Responsabilità
* All’interno del Ristorante: supports the chef de partie during the preparation of the dishes
* All’interno del Ristorante: creates and presents the dishes in accordance with the technical data sheets and according to the instructions of the person in charge
* Inside the restaurant: participates in the receipt of goods and storage
* Inside the restaurant: is responsible for the quality of his work
* All’interno del Ristorante: cleans his workplace
* Inside the restaurant: avoid wasting goods and participate in inventories
Qualifications / Qualifiche
* Formazione in ambito alberghiero o corsi professionali
* Esperienza di almeno un anno maturata in hotel 4*/5*, ristoranti gourmet, Relais & Châteaux
* Conoscenze tecniche sulla conservazione dei cibi
* Completano il profilo: la voglia di apprendere, la flessibilità e la collaborazione
* Training in the hotel sector or professional courses
* Knowledge of the Italian language
* At least one year of experience in the role gained in gourmet and/or starred restaurants, 4*/ 5* hotels or Relais & Chateaux
* Technical knowledge on food preservation
* Complete the profile: the desire to learn, flexibility and collaboration
Benefits / Condizioni
* - Contratto a tempo determinato (da subito – Novembre 2026) - CCNL Turismo. L’inquadramento e la retribuzione verranno commisurate in base al profilo e all’esperienza - Disponibilità full time - Vitto e alloggio
* - Fixed-term contract (from immediately - October 2022) - CCNL Tourism. The classification and remuneration will be commensurate with the profile and experience - Full time availability - Room and board
