This role plays a strategic part in supporting partners and driving sales growth. /ph3Role and Responsibilities /h3pWe are seeking a Key Account Manager to join an innovative company in the travel sector. You will be responsible for : /pulliOnboarding and training: Welcoming and training new partners on the client’s B2B platform while enhancing their confidence in using the tools. /liliDeveloping and maintaining relationships: Maintaining relationships with existing partners and negotiating commercial and financial terms to keep strong ties at all levels. /liliAcquiring new clients: Identifying and leveraging new business opportunities to meet the sales targets. /liliOn-site visits and webinars: Conducting on-site visits (minimum of 4 days per week) to organize training sessions, webinars, and present new products to boost sales. /liliPerformance analysis: Monitoring client and team performance using BI tools to achieve better results. /liliProblem coordination: Collaborating with the support team to quickly resolve any issues. /liliRegular reporting: Providing regular reports to the regional manager regarding performance and actions taken. /li /ulh3Profile Sought /h3ulliDesired experience: At least 5 years of experience in a similar role in the travel industry, with a strong network of travel agents in Florence. /liliTechnical skills: Ability to analyze data and use BI tools to optimize performance. /liliPersonal qualities: Ambitious, autonomous, results-oriented, with excellent commercial communication and B2B negotiation skills. /liliProven experience in local sales development, ideally with an online travel platform, Bedbank, or SaaS travel solutions company. /liliSales skills and a track record of success in the local travel industry. /liliFluent in English and the local language (Italian). /liliWillingness to travel regularly as part of the role. /li /ulh3Salary and Benefits /h3ulliSalary between €38,000 and €40,000 gross per year + performance-based bonuses. /liliAdditional benefits: to be discussed during the recruitment process. /li /ulh3Application Process /h3pTo apply, click directly below. /ph3Recruitment Process /h3ulliPhone call with Weavy. /liliInterview with company HR. /liliInterview with area sales managers. /li /ulpWe look forward to meeting you! /p /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
