* Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support business development through roadshows, workshops, and effective product training.
* Act as the technical expert during sales pitches and meetings, handling all technical communication and introduction of solutions.
* Build and maintain relationships with EcoFlow partners, fostering trust through in-depth technical knowledge and understanding of client requirements.
* Prepare technical materials and presentation slide decks required for pre-sale support.
* Ensure all business partners have a clear understanding of key USPs (Unique Selling Points) of EcoFlow products and services.
* Collect valuable feedback and insights from clients and partners, working closely with the R&D team to continuously improve products.
About You:
* A Bachelor's degree or above in science or engineering, with Electrical Engineering or related fields preferred.
* At least 3 years of experience in customer communication and pre-sale technical support roles, with a minimum of 3 years in the Residential Energy Storage industry field.
* Strong self-drive and proactiveness, able to work independently and collaboratively across diverse teams and departments.
* Excellent communication skills, comfortable speaking or delivering training to groups.
* The ability to listen and understand customer needs, think creatively, and find solutions independently.
* Natural interest or passion in the industry is a plus, with a willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new and complex information.
* Fluency in English and Italian is essential, with additional language skills such as French, German, Polish, Dutch being an advantage.
