About the Role - We are seeking a Junior Account Manager for the Italy region. Training will be provided. Responsibilities - Collaborate with MCC distribution partners and customers to achieve design-win targets and increase account penetration. Promote MCC as a strategic partner with assigned customers. Research and develop new customers and business segments. Develop account strategies and execute business plans. Effectively address customer issues. Meet sales budgets (booking/billing). Gather and analyze market intelligence and provide feedback to the product team. Work collaboratively with regional or global teams to achieve objectives. Conduct business reviews with customers and distribution channels. Education Background / Major: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields. Ideal Experience: 2-4 years in sales or account management, with a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas. Ideal Knowledge: Understanding of the semiconductor industry and experience with semiconductor products. Abilities / Qualities: Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles, negotiate contracts, and close deals; strong relationship-building skills; willingness to travel within Europe.
