As a Sales Specialist you will use your experience and drive to build enduring customer relationships through excellent service. This position reports to: Sales Manager Your responsibilities: - Build and manage commercial relationship with customers, with a focus on volume, mix and profitability for every solution - Ensure your customers an unforgettable professional experience Analyze different customers’ needs to offer them a customized solution - Develop sales plan and proposal according to market needs - Identify and develop new business opportunities - Able to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders in ways that promote beneficial working relationships - Working with marketing and other departments to prepare sales plans and bids, ensuring technical and financial accuracy Your background: - Engineering degree or technical diploma - 2-5 years of experience in Sales - Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions. - Knowledge of Microsoft tools - Ability to communicate both in Italian and English languages - Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile More about us:
