Job Title: Sales Manager (m/f/d)
As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing and optimizing our e-commerce network and products.
1. Responsibilities:
2. Identify business opportunities for our network and products by establishing direct relationships with advertisers or collaborating with affiliate networks and agencies.
3. Identify and acquire customers from the e-commerce sector in Italy using your extensive network of affiliate partners and e-commerce clients.
4. Conduct negotiations with new partners, prepare offers, and follow up until agreements are signed.
5. Represent Sovendus to potential new partners both remotely and at on-site appointments and trade fairs.
6. Develop markets and position products leveraging your experience in the e-commerce sector.
7. Collaborate closely with the Country Manager Italy, Account Management, International Sales, Design/UX, Business Intelligence/KPI teams, and other departments to maximize network potential.
Your Profile:

2. Passionate, process-oriented Sales Manager with professional experience in selling performance marketing solutions.
3. Motivated B2B sales talent with 2-3 years of experience in online performance marketing to affiliate networks, agencies, and e-commerce.
4. Extensive network within the Italian e-commerce sector.
5. Driven to successfully build new markets.
6. Strong analytical skills to assess market potential and optimize partner KPIs.
7. Excellent presentation skills, both in person and via remote communication tools.
8. Professional fluency in Italian and English is required.
