Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Chef de Rang will be part of a team of high-level professionals with a strong passion for FB.This is a seasonal, full-time contract role (40-hour working week). Your goal is to provide exceptional service that guests will remember long after their stay.What you’ll be doingWelcoming guests and attending to tables promptlyServing food and beverages, making recommendations as neededSharing menu knowledge and assisting with questions and special requestsRecording transactions accurately in the MICROS systemChecking with guests on satisfaction and ensuring excellent serviceCleaning tables, completing closing duties, restocking suppliesCommunicating with the kitchen regarding orders, menu questions, and special dietary needsFollowing cycle time guidelines and maintaining cleanlinessInspecting china, glassware, and silverware for cleanliness and presentationAdhering to Standard Operating Procedures and brand guidelinesWhat we’re looking forLegal right to work in Italy with a valid work permit (full-time role, 40 hours/week)Fluency in English and ItalianUnderstanding of FB operations and luxury hospitalityPositive outlook, outgoing personality, great communication skillsTeam-oriented mindsetExperience in fine dining restaurants preferredKnowledge of Micros system is an advantageThis role requires physical ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs, stand, sit, or walk for extended periods, and maintain a professional appearance in a clean uniform.
