Job description To develop our Customer base and increase their value and be part of our Sales Team, reporting to Paolo, our CEO, we're looking for a a Italian Sales Account, fluent in English able to manage customers. You will play a key role in the expansion of our SaaS software in the Italian market. Your mission will be to identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships and negotiate contracts to drive the company's growth and profitability in this new market. Your main tasks are as follows: - Identify and qualify new business opportunities in Italy, - Manage Churn, plan changes and help customer to improve their business - Negotiate and conclude commercial agreements, - Regularly monitor sales performance and draw up detailed reports, - Provide feedback to the product development team for continuous improvement. Profile required You have around 3 years' experience in business development and accounting managing customers, project and you like to sale, preferably in the SaaS software sector. You are ALSO an English speaking. You have excellent communication, negotiation and organisational skills, enabling you to manage several projects simultaneously. You enjoy working independently and as part of a team. You are curious and have a good understanding of market trends and the competition. And you like sale and make customer happy!
