Responsibilities
Sales Strategy & Execution:
* Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets for assigned service products.
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities while expanding existing customer relationships.
* Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to refine sales approaches.
* Collaborate with supporting functions to drive demand generation and lead conversion.
Customer & Partner Management:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and channel partners.
* Conduct business reviews with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
* Resolve customer concerns in collaboration with support and operations teams.
Reporting & Forecasting:
* Provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to senior leadership.
* Track and report on regional performance metrics (revenue, margins, conversion rates, etc.).
* Utilize CRM to manage sales activities and ensure data accuracy.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment:
* Work closely with Solutions, Marketing, and Local hardware SPP teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
* Provide feedback from the field to influence product development and service improvements.
Team Leadership & Development:
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals (Account Executives, BDRs, etc.).
* Set clear performance expectations, monitor KPIs, and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
* Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability and customer success.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's or master's degree or above, preferably in science and technology, power electronics, communication, electrical, mechanical, or automation engineering.
* Strong decision-making skills, capable of making quick, accurate decisions and implementing effective solutions in complex and urgent situations.
* Some work experience with a basic understanding of the new energy market.
* Good listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills in English, with the ability to communicate directly with foreign clients. Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
* Clear team objectives, reasonable task allocation, and the ability to promote team collaboration. Willingness to undertake overseas business trips; candidates with overseas work experience are preferred.
