We are currently seeking a Store Manager as part of our dynamic team in Florence.
Role Mission
The Store Manager role has the mission to lead the store, drive the business, manage and motivate the team, create a unique client experience to reach sales goals and optimize productivity.
Key Accountabilities
PEOPLE MANAGEMENT
Acts as a mentor and a strong staff motivator, building teamwork and retaining the staff in store
Engages and motivates the team to strive towards a common goal
Helps the team exceeds results by coaching, supporting, influencing, and delegating
DRIVING SALES
Guarantees the achievement of Team/Individual Sales and clienteling Targets
Maximizes the business potential of the store and sales by department (category) in line with Company strategy
Drives the team to be daring by ensuring they cross sell and use selling techniques to maximize opportunities
CLIENT EXPERIENCE
Represents Bottega Veneta fully, creating connections and developing a strong client portfolio
Helps the team to create an engaging and emotional client experience offering best in class service in alignment with company standards
Builds effective and lifetime relationships with new and existing customers
STORE OPERATIONS
Maintains the stability and reputation of the Brand by complying with legal requirements
Guarantees to follow Company policies and procedures, and ensures team members are informed accordingly
Who you are
Proven experience of about 5/7 years in a similar role within Fashion & Luxury contexts
Proven ability to drive results and to manage teams
Excellent management and organizational skills, as well as strong results orientation
Able to inspire people and liberates their best
Deeply understanding of fashion, art and luxury and able to embrace the brand image
Talent for managing, coaching and developing a team
Strong communication skills and team-player mentality
Fluency in English is mandatory
