Job Description:
The position is responsible for product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including:
* Defining the product roadmap by researching and analyzing market conditions, identifying key competitors and trends.
* Gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements.
* Articulating key market requirements, identifying opportunities for product innovation and enhancements.
* Working closely with engineering, sales, and marketing to meet development targets and customer satisfaction goals.
* Planning and executing strategic initiatives to develop business opportunities leveraging current and future technologies, ensuring alignment with the company's overall strategy and goals.
Key accountabilities:
* Define the product strategy and roadmap.
* Deliver market and product requirements.
* Develop and implement initiatives impacting revenue growth.
* Collaborate with customers, partners, and third parties to assess partnership and licensing opportunities.
* Manage programs and projects for beta and discovery phases, overseeing new product development activities.
* Provide expertise on application fields and competition, supporting sales and marketing with technical knowledge.
* Enhance cross-functional collaboration and build trust among teams.
* Liaise with advertising and PR to promote products.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in engineering; MBA is a plus.
* Experience as a Product Manager or in Business Development within the food & beverage industry (both customer and supplier sides).
* Success in launching components/devices on the market.
* Knowledge of food & beverage industry standards.
* Project management skills; PMP certification is a plus.
* Effective communication skills for stakeholder interaction.
* Strong teamwork and influence skills without formal authority.
* Problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities, with data analysis skills.
* Excellent planning and organizational skills, adaptable to change.
* Willingness to travel at least 50% of the time.
