Qualifications
Previous experience in hotels, resorts, dining facilities or restaurantsKnowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients, processing and conservationExcellent manual skills and organizational abilitySeriousness, professionalism, reliabilityTeamwork orientationFlexibility and adaptabilityWillingness to grow and work in a highly professional context aiming for the highest service standardsKnowledge of HACCP and safety standardsAvailability for relocation during the summer seasonKnowledge of English or other languages beyond Italian is preferred
