We are looking for a committed profile to oversee our network of 8 stores in Italy.Working closely with Anna Sialelli, our Retail Director and the Head of Retail, you will act as the brand ambassador in these key markets.Support the teams in the field through regular store visits, ensure operational excellence in stores, and identify the main drivers of commercial growth, working across three main areas:Commercial LeadershipOrganize regular visits across the assigned store network to monitor key points and ensure proper operational performanceImplement any actions useful for developing sales in close collaboration with the Retail Management team and headquartersApply the brand's commercial strategy defined by the Retail ManagementSupport teams in adopting digital toolsAnalyze the commercial performance indicators of your network to identify opportunities and develop overall store revenueParticipate in potential store openingsProduct Leadership (with the support of the CAMP)Ensure compliance with and understanding of visual merchandising guidelinesPrepare monthly reports on store activitySupport teams through training: storytelling, product knowledge, sales techniques, and visual merchandisingInform the network and ensure full understanding of the information communicatedHR Leadership and ManagementSupervise and coordinate recruitment processes while supporting teams in the fieldTrain and follow up with store managers, assistant managers, and sales teamsEncourage the use of digital tools in stores to improve daily operationsMonitor and work on optimizing payroll costs across the networkOptimize schedules in compliance with labor legislationPrepare weekly and monthly reports on the performance of the network.#J-18808-Ljbffr
