Responsibilities:
Under the supervision of the Head of Sales Italy, the Sales Manager will:
* Develop the business and maintain close relationship with key accounts in the region
* Identify, qualify, and develop key projects and opportunities
* Build long-term partnerships with customers
* Manage and monitor the sales revenues and sales budgets
* Support the Italian Sales Team and drive Italian market development, eventually working cross-functionally within the organization on pricing, market analysis, coordination of specific product families and business units
Requirements:
* Degree in Engineering, Refrigeration or another relevant technical field
* A solid technical background and understanding of HVAC/R applications would be a valuable asset for this role
* Proven sales experience in a related industry (Heat Pumps, Refrigeration, HVAC)
* Service-oriented mindset
* Excellent communication and networking skills
* Diligent, target-driven, and proactive
* Strong autonomy and initiative
* Willingness to travel up to 50%
* Fluent in Italian and English
