Clean, cut and work with raw materials. Set up and maintain the order of the work station (mise en place). Assist during service with plating and service of dishes. Clean and sanitize work areas and equipment in compliance with HACCP standards. Qualifications Diploma alberghiero or equivalent professional qualification. Short experience in the role in restaurants, canteens or hotel facilities (including internships). Basic knowledge of raw materials and cutting techniques. Team player with good stress management. Flexible schedule, availability to work weekends, holidays and split shifts.
