With headquarters in Germany and clients across the world, we are looking for a high-energy sales executive (Italian & English) who thrives under pressure, thinks fast, and closes deals. What You'll Do
- Drive end-to-end sales in the medical transport and aviation space
- Engage and build trust with clients in urgent, emotionally charged situations
- Think on your feet to design tailored solutions under time pressure
- Develop new partnerships and expand existing client relationships
- Represent Vendana with confidence across global markets and time zones
- Take ownership of results while working hand-in-hand with our international team
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and command of Italian and English at C2 level
- Any additional C2 language is a strong plus
- A resilient, fast-thinking sales personality — motivated, persistent, and persuasive
- Calm under pressure with excellent problem-solving skillsWillingness to work flexible shifts (including weekends) in a 24/7 industry
- Previous sales experience in international or high-stakes environments (aviation/medical a plus, but not required)
