Descrizione:
Il candidato in accordo con le politiche aziendali avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
- Ampliare il portafoglio clienti e incrementare le possibilità di business

- Fidelizzare i clienti già acquisiti, e ampiare ulteriormente la frequenza e la transaction size

- delineare in simbiosi con la Direzione Aziendale gli obiettivi di fatturato, garantendone l’attuazione ed il raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

- motivare i membri del team e condurli verso performance sempre maggiori.
- gestione di un team di consulenti già attivi e potenziare la rete.
- intervenire in prima persona in trattative di rilievo strategico per l’Azienda;

Requisiti:

- esperienza nella gestione di team in ambito commerciale superiore a 3 anni.
- capacita di motivare le altre risorse e stimolarle al raggiungimento degli obiettivi.

- comprovate doti di leadership.
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici.
- spirito d’iniziativa e organizzativo
- Determinazione, spinta continua e capacità di problem-solving
- Capacità organizzative e gestionali.
- buone doti relazionali e negoziali e spiccato orientamento al risultato.

Il trattamento economico, previsto in parte fissa più variabile, verrà valutato in relazione all’esperienza del candidato.
