PstrongPOSITION SUMMARY: /strong /ppThe role will have a customer focus, strong program management methodology, a clear understanding of all aspects of commercial contracts, and the authority within Gilbarco to communicate with internal stakeholders at all levels regarding these programs. The candidate must possess strong administrative skills and attention to detail to meet reporting requirements for a key account. Knowledge of Gilbarco Veeder-Root systems, policies, procedures, and personnel from GVR, third-party suppliers, and overseas affiliates is essential. /ppThe role reports to the European Sales Director, Retail Solutions, and has delegated authority to issue instructions and request information from internal teams regarding customer program performance and implementation. /ppThe responsibilities include conducting regular customer meetings, coordinating performance reports, chairing scheduled meetings, and operating within the customer organization to align requirements with GVR. /ppThe role involves problem-solving, resolving contract issues, influencing customer responses, and ensuring timely communication. /ppstrongKEY RESPONSIBILITIES: /strong /pulliCollaborate with Retail Solutions, Aftermarket, Operations, Finance, FBS, CEO Commercial Teams to implement account plans and programs effectively. /liliEngage with customer stakeholders to deliver key program metrics. /liliHarmonize customer requirements, oversee responses to tenders, and quotations for cross-national opportunities. /liliFocus on and improve end-to-end supply chain processes to ensure product demand timelines are met. /liliProvide forecasts and planning data for successful program delivery. /liliBuild and maintain strong customer relationships and a service ethic to develop a competitive advantage. /liliAnalyze monthly reports to identify improvement opportunities, minimize cost trends, and communicate findings to the Contract Steering Committee. /liliReview program performance statistics and resolve issues with stakeholders. /liliAim for high customer satisfaction levels. /li /ulpstrongPERSONAL QUALITIES, QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE: /strong /ppstrongEssential: /strong /pulliProven success in business development from conception to operations. /liliQualifications in Commerce, Marketing, Accounting, Engineering, or Business. /li /ulpstrongPreferred: /strong /pulliSales experience with major commercial accounts negotiation. /liliThorough knowledge of commercial markets. /li /ulpstrongSpecific Skills: /strong /pulliProgram management experience. /li /ul #J-18808-Ljbffr
