Join us and help run what runs the world. /p h3Your Role And Responsibilities /h3 pIn this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of the Home Solutions portfolio, with a strong focus on wiring accessories (serie civili) and door entry systems (videocitofonia), in line with the local sales strategy. You will achieve both qualitative and quantitative sales targets to ensure sustainable growth in orders, revenues, profitability, market share, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing sales opportunities with key stakeholders such as electrical distributors, installers, and designers. /p ul liSell products and solutions within the Home Solutions portfolio, focusing on volume, mix, and profitability targets /li liDevelop and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and promoting ABB’s complete offering in wiring accessories and door entry systems /li liEnsure a positive customer experience throughout the entire sales process /li liPrepare and implement sales plans using ABB tools and in line with the assigned territory strategy /li liMonitor sales performance, conduct regular reviews, and propose recovery actions when needed /li liCreate added value for customers and ABB by leveraging effective sales techniques and solution selling /li liCommunicate clearly with customers regarding delivery times, pricing, payment terms, and commercial conditions /li liSupport and execute marketing initiatives, effectively communicating the value proposition of the portfolio /li liIdentify and develop new business opportunities, especially within residential and light commercial segments /li liManage administrative procedures related to sales processes and support cash collection and project follow-up, when required /li liPrepare technical and commercial offers in coordination with marketing and proposal teams /li liEnsure all offers meet technical and financial requirements, including correct pricing and commercial conditions /li /ul h3Qualifications For The Role /h3 ul liYou have 3–5 years of experience in the residential electrical or home automation sector, with a focus on wiring accessories and/or door entry systems /li liYou have solid experience working with electrical distributors, installers, and channel partners /li liYou have proven knowledge of electrical products and residential solutions, particularly in Home Solutions portfolio /li liYou are comfortable using CRM and sales tools, and managing structured sales processes /li liYou are passionate about sales, customer engagement, and achieving results, with strong communication and negotiation skills /li liDegree or technical background in electrical engineering or equivalent experience is a plus /li liYou are at ease communicating in Italian and English (plus) /li liAvailability to travel within the assigned territory /li /ul h3Compensation Package /h3 pAs part of our commitment to transparency, we want to share the compensation details for this position: /p pApplicable CBA: Metalmeccanico /p pMinimum annual salary: €36,000 /p pVariable Pay: Eligible for Sales Incentive plan and Company Productivity Bonus /p pThe offer will be tailored based on your role location, experience, skills and qualifications, internal market positioning and alignment with ABB internal standards. /p h3Benefits /h3 ul liFlexible working hours, hybrid work options, and a strong focus on work‑life integration and wellbeing support for employees and their families /li liWelfare plan with a wide range of personalized services /li liCanteen or meal vouchers provided /li liCompany Car as per local policy /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
