Being responsible for the preparation and implementation of the catering service
Monitor and ensure the smooth running of the service
Ensure that guests are welcomed, guided and seated and that the quality of service is maintained
Contributing to the development of the hotel's image quality
Being responsible on issues of safety (material and human), ‘breakage’ and other ‘waste’
Being responsible for ensuring that materials and equipment are maintained and used correctly

Previous experience of at least 2 years in the same role within a 5-star luxury hotel or fine dining restaurant.
Fluent in Italian and English ; knowledge of a third language is considered a plus.
Attention to detail, reliability, and professionalism, with a strong team spirit and the ability to collaborate effectively with both the front-of-house team and the kitchen brigade.
Knowledge and application of international service standards and HACCP regulations.
Passion for luxury hospitality, enthusiasm, and a strong willingness to grow professionally in a dynamic, multicultural environment.
