Produced in our in-house state of the art lab at the Borgo Santo Pietro estate in Tuscany, Seed to Skin is a unique skincare and Spa range expertly formulated by combining natural ingredients with advanced molecular science to harness the true power of nature. /ph3Key Areas of Responsibility /h3ulliDevelop a strong understanding of Seed to Skin’s markets, customer needs and competition. /liliWith this understanding, identify international regions to approach and target Spas which are well suited. /liliImplement the sales strategy which will support the continued international growth of the Company and manage these activities to increase market share. /liliTargeting Spas will involve various approaches including use of personal network, company network, cold-calling and following up on warm leads, and leads received via the Seed to Skin website. /liliFeedback to the Marketing and PR Manager to benchmark competitors and identify opportunities for product differentiation. /liliEvaluate each business opportunity with respect to financial value, licensing logistics, strategic fit, culture fit and risk profile. /liliEffectively represent Seed to Skin via online Zoom calls, at trade shows, corporate presentations and on sales visits to network and conduct market research. /liliFollow up with prospective clients and place initial order for product presentation to them. /liliLiaison with regulatory consulting company regarding licensing and packaging verbiage. /liliDevelop TCs and negotiate contracts with potential Clients, managing communication right through until opening to build a successful partnership. /liliMonitor and respond to business enquiries regarding the sale of Seed to Skin products along with online web enquiries. /liliBuild optimal customer relations with existing, potential, and new customers. /liliMaximise new sales revenue and optimise profitability by analysing statistics and monitoring performance. /liliPost opening of accounts, manage each one effectively through regular communication in conjunction with Educator / Customer Support Manager. /li /ulh3Business Finance /h3ulliAnalyse business through key performance indicators, identifying key focus areas. /liliAlong with General Manager, create and prepare Financial Projections for each Spa within the portfolio. /liliFocus on Seed to Skin Professional and Retail Sales to achieve sales targets. /li /ulh3Candidate Profile /h3ulliStrong sales experience with a luxury brand or hospitality organisation. /liliExperience of retail and sales within the skincare or beauty industry is beneficial, along with a recognised beauty therapy qualification. /liliProven track record of identifying and presenting new business opportunities. /liliDemonstrated ability to deliver sales, profit and market share goals from a national perspective. /liliHighly motivated individual with a strong business acumen - a self-starter /liliFlexible attitude towards changing goals. /liliStrong and effective negotiation, communication, and presentation skills across all organisational levels. /liliAbility to travel is an important part of this role. /liliA full, clean driving licence is essential. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
