Norma Precision Inc, a leading manufacturer of premium ammunition products, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Territory Sales Manager for the Carolinas to join our expanding team. With a rich heritage spanning over a century, Norma Precision Inc. has built a reputation for excellence in precision engineering and innovative ammunition solutions. We are committed to providing our customers with superior products and exceptional service.

As a Territory Sales Manager at Norma Precision Inc., you will play a critical role in driving our sales efforts and expanding our customer base within your assigned territory. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key decision-makers in the shooting sports industry. You will be responsible for increasing market penetration, achieving sales targets, and promoting the Norma Precision Inc. brand.

Responsibilities:

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and sales targets within the assigned territory.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential dealers, distributors, and key accounts to drive sales growth.

· Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the customer base and increase market share.

· Provide product training and support to dealers and distributors, ensuring they are equipped with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote Norma Precision Inc. products.

· Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and challenges.

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute effective sales and promotional strategies.

· Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and other documentation as required by management.

· Represent Norma Precision Inc. at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

· Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the shooting sports industry or a related field.

· Strong business acumen and the ability to understand market dynamics and customer needs.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels.

· Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

· Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

· Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

· Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.

· Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Qualifications

* 2- 5 years of sales experience
* Strong work ethic and communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and customer relationship management software
* Ability to travel in order to do business
* Must currently reside in the territory (North Carolina or South Carolina)
