Job Description
Inside the restaurant, the responsibilities include:
1. Being responsible for the cleanliness of the rooms and materials in use
2. Performing mise en place according to specified standards
3. Carrying out duties to ensure guests have an experience that meets expectations by paying attention to all details
4. Taking utmost care in serving food and beverages
5. Uncluttering the room, cleaning, maintaining order, and supporting the Chef de Rang in the operational management of room service, in compliance with standards and procedures
Requirements
* Hospitality diploma
* Excellent knowledge of Italian and good knowledge of English
* At least one year of experience in 4*/5* hotels or fine dining restaurants
* Organizational skills, communication, customer orientation, and collaboration
Contract Details
Fixed-term contract until November 2025 with the possibility of renewal and growth within the residence.
CCNL Turismo
Availability from Monday to Sunday with two days off.
Room and board provided at no cost.
