W Florence, a luxury hotel that blends design with a contemporary vision, is looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the kitchen team of Tratto Florence restaurant.
Tratto Florence, in collaboration with Trattoria Contemporanea, a Michelin‑starred restaurant based in Lomazzo, offers Italian cuisine reinterpreted with a contemporary approach, combining creativity with a distinctive culinary identity.
As a Chef de Partie, you will manage your section, ensuring the preparation, quality, and presentation of dishes in line with company standards and hygiene regulations. You will work closely with the Executive Chef, the Chef de Cuisine, and the kitchen team to guarantee impeccable service, even during peak times.
Attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work as part of a team in a dynamic and high‑level environment complete the profile.
Responsibilities
* Manage a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring the preparation, cooking, and presentation of high‑quality dishes in line with brand standards.
* Ensure compliance with recipes, portion control, and hygiene and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with the Executive Chef and the kitchen team to maintain high service standards, even during busy periods.
* Support the training and coordination of kitchen staff.
* Ensure order, cleanliness, and safety in the work area.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in fine dining restaurants or luxury hotels.
* Passion for contemporary Italian cuisine and gastronomic innovation.
* Strong team spirit, precision, and the ability to handle fast‑paced environments.
* Knowledge of hygiene and food safety regulations.
* Good command of English (preferred).
