Behind our customers - amazing companies that help feed the world, provide life‐saving medicine on a global scale, and focus on clean water and green mobility - our people are energized problem solvers that take pride in how the work we do changes the world for the better.Job DescriptionAs a Sales Specialist CUBIC you will be an important commercial resource for Cubic products and solutions mostly in Italy, Greece and Cyprus, focusing on a specific area of expertise.You will report to the Sales Manager and work on a hybrid schedule from any of our offices in Italy.Your Responsibilities Achieve Rockwell Automation sales targets for Cubic products and solutions and meet business revenue plans using a discipline sales process within targeted accounts.Directly responsible for meeting quota by negotiating and bringing opportunities to closure while working with the broader matrixed Rockwell Automation sales teams.Develop an accurate sales forecast and pipeline of Cubic pursuits.Use Global Sales and Marketing selling resources for target opportunity identification and access.Be the primary liaison between customers, regional sales team members and your department to ensure efficient communications and information flow from sales and pipeline development activities.Translate technical terms into everyday language and manage expectations, both internally and externally.Provide formal regular status reports to sales management which include forecast, pipeline and activity summary information.Monitor and report revenue and pipeline results weekly with CRM tool for assigned Verticals or Geographies to ensure performance goals are met.Explore new opportunities into market (mostly Data centers, Water, Energy, and Industry).
5 or more years' experience in sales (Low Voltage solutions, Electrical Panels).Full working proficiency in both Italian and English.Experience presenting sales proposals and systems solutions and closing complex technical sales.Sales experience in the Italian market.
