How you make the difference
This role is essential to driving revenue growth and in-store execution by negotiating directly with customers and ensuring all agreed activities are carried out effectively. By analyzing data and collaborating with the Trade Marketing team, you'll help optimize assortment, shelf space, and promotions to enhance category performance and maximize commercial impact.
How your agenda looks like
Direct negotiation of revenues with customers
Management of relationships with store managers, in-store promotions, and display spaces
Daily supervision of the area to ensure full compliance with agreed activities (promotions and assortments)
Analysis of consumer and market data (competitor pricing, promotional actions) and qualitative evaluation of product launches
Collaboration with the Trade Marketing team on shelf allocation and implementation of category projects

What makes you a great fit
Master's degree in Economics and/or Marketing, with a strong interest in developing a career in Trade Marketing & Sales
At least 2-3 years of experience in Sales and/or Trade Marketing
Technical skills: strong analytical mindset for building mid-term customer plans and solid understanding of key customer economic KPIs
Excellent command of English and Italian, with strong communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Proactive, autonomous, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a dynamic environment
