Junior Product Specialist – After Sales (Spare Parts)

Within the After Sales Marketing division, we are looking for a Junior Product Specialist to support the development and management of our spare parts portfolio in a dynamic and international context.
Position Overview
This role offers an excellent entry point into product management and marketing within the After Sales business area. The selected candidate will contribute to analyzing the spare parts portfolio, monitoring market trends, and collaborating on cross‑functional projects. The primary goal is to enhance the value proposition of the spare parts portfolio, fostering customer satisfaction and business growth.
Responsibilities
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, pricing, supply chain, and engineering, to ensure the correct positioning of products.
* Contribute to the definition of the spare parts portfolio strategy through market and competitor analysis.
* Assist in the preparation of marketing materials and the maintenance of the digital spare parts catalog.
* Support the monitoring of product performance metrics (e.g., volumes, margins, product mix) using dashboards and business intelligence tools.
* Participate in projects related to forecasting, innovation, and digital transformation within the After Sales domain.

Qualifications
* A Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related disciplines.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with digital tools is advantageous.
* Fluency in both English and Italian, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* An ability to work effectively in teams, especially within international and multicultural environments.
* Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
