Essential Job Functions and Responsibilities:
Assists in the preparation of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes.
Supports bartenders in serving drinks to guests efficiently and professionally.
Maintains cleanliness and organization of the bar, including utensils, equipment, and workstations.
Assists with stock management, including receiving deliveries, proper storage, and rotation of bar supplies.
Ensures compliance with hygiene, safety, and alcohol service regulations.
Helps in preparing garnishes, ice, and other bar components as required.
Participates in daily briefings, training sessions, and team meetings.
Supports smooth bar operations during high-volume service, events, and banquets.
Maintains a positive, professional, and guest-focused attitude at all times.
Performs any additional duties assigned by the Bartender, Bar Manager, or Hotel Management.
Core Competencies:
Fluent in English and Italian is required.
Must communicate clearly, courteously, and professionally with guests and colleagues.
Previous experience in a bar, hotel, or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
Basic knowledge of cocktails, beverages, and bar equipment.
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong hands-on mentality and willingness to learn.
Flexible with scheduling to meet operational needs, including evenings, weekends, and events.
Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities efficiently.
Maintains high standards of hygiene, appearance, and professional conduct.
Positive, approachable, and cooperative demeanor with colleagues and guests.
Must hold the required authorization to work in a European country.
