Job Summary:

Main Responsibilities:
* Lead the sales strategy for various products, collaborating closely with management and customers.
* Act as a Key Account Manager for international clients, delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring timely issue of material samples and test requests.
* Negotiate terms of sale, manage customer rates, and control contract compliance.
* Identify and mitigate potential problems, reporting on individual sales activities and progress to management.
About You:
* You possess excellent knowledge of sales and negotiation techniques, company technical possibilities, and plastics industry insights.
* Able to adjust to changing market conditions, make informed decisions, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
* Possess fluency in both Italian and English, with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
Requirements:
* Detailed knowledge of the plastics industry and processing techniques.
* Analytical mindset, strong decision-making skills, and effective time management abilities.
