The Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the Product Lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, and working closely with her/his responsible, engineering, presales, and marketing to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met. The Product Manager also ensures that the product supports the company’s overall strategy and goals. Your Tasks - Assemble the product roadmap following defined strategic goals - Analyse functional requirements leveraging the company’s available assets (customer base, clinical leads, other contributors) - Report requirements and epics on enterprise tool JIRA - an Agile Scrum methodology is in place - Assess best UX design - Write Medical Device supporting documentation - Illustrate requirements and goal to R&D team - Actively participate to Agile events - Share goals with Validation & QA team - Deliver roadmap extractions and progress showing prioritized features and corresponding justification - Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and cross selling and upselling opportunities - Run beta and pilot programs with early-stage products and samples - Be an expert with respect to the competition - Act as a leader within the company Your Profile- - 4-5 years of previous experience as a Product Manager in the Healthcare market- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Technical background is a preferred skill- Excellent teamwork skills- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority- Must be willing and able to travel, for business trips- English proficiency is mandatory Additional information - Working modality: Hybrid, alternating with business trips
