It is the world’s No.1 air treatment brand by production volume, generating $53 billion in annual revenue, employing 165,000 people across 195 countries, with a strong focus on innovation.We are seeking a Technical Support Engineer to join our Industrial Technologies Europe team in a remote capacity, with the option to work from our Pordenone, Italy office if preferred.Responsibilities:Stay current with product launches and transitions to maintain up-to-date sales engagement programs, including product and service support.Develop new business opportunities with major Light Commercial Refrigerator and Freezer Agents, OBMs, and OEMs, and build customer rapport with products and services.Collaborate with engineering, purchasing/sourcing, operations, product management, and quality teams within customer organizations.Provide customer information through presentations on new products, project schedules, quality performance, and technical training.Document market and customer insights and communicate findings back to the organization.Support marketing efforts by evaluating market trends, monitoring government regulations, and collecting customer feedback.Assist team members in achieving KPIs.Participate in product and business promotional activities and regional/international trade shows.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field.5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing or RD department.Familiarity with Light Commercial reciprocating compressor products.Understanding of compressor applications and regulations for Light Commercial markets.Excellent verbal, written, presentation, and communication skills in English and at least one European language.Motivated, self-sufficient, and capable of managing multiple projects.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, including weekends.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams).Experience with major Light Commercial Agents, OBMs, and OEMs is advantageous.Knowledge of Chinese language is a plus but not required.Midea Corp is an equal opportunity employer.
