Sr Partner Business Developer, Proserve Partner Organization
Amazon Web Services Professional Services (ProServe) Partner team seeks an experienced Partner Delivery Business Developer to spearhead ProServe Partner Delivery Transformation. In this role, you will drive transformative outcomes for AWS customers and partners through the ProServe Partner network by: (1) leading AI and Agentic operational transformations, (2) ensuring secure, high-quality delivery through ProServe Partners, and (3) serving as a trusted advisor who collaborates with ProServe sales and delivery teams to align partner and customer solutions with optimal business outcomes.
The ProServe Partner Delivery Leader will enable operational excellence across partner ecosystems, delivery teams, sales organizations, and customer engagements. This role focuses on driving customer and partner satisfaction through streamlined processes and operational efficiency for a defined portfolio of strategic partnerships.
Your experience in the technology and services industry, including partner ecosystems, enables you to effectively translate technical concepts into measurable business value for partners and customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in sales and delivery methodologies, CRM systems, and possess strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities. Performance will be evaluated against key metrics including Delivered Revenue, team engagement, and partner and customer satisfaction (CSAT).
Key job responsibilities
- Leading and developing high-performing partner teams
- Developing and executing partner‐involved delivery strategies to meet team targets and drive partner‐delivered revenue growth
- Managing strategic partner relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and identifying growth opportunities
- Leveraging deep AWS expertise to guide sellers and delivery leaders in proposing optimal solutions
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators to ensure accurate reporting, forecasting, and risk management while optimizing operational processes
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, economics, computer science, data science, engineering, or other related field
- 4+ years of developing, negotiating, and executing business agreements experience
- Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level
- 4+ years of working with Core Cloud Technology Services, including but not limited to Compute, Edge, Hybrid, Security, and/or Networking experience
- 4+ years of Go‐To‐Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience
Preferred Qualifications
- Knowledge of AWS services including compute, storage, networking, security, databases, machine learning, and serverless technologies
- Experience coaching senior leaders and managers with strong talent assessment skills
- Experience working and communicating with multiple stakeholders, C‐level executives and cross‐functional teams
- Experience dealing well with ambiguity, prioritizing needs, and delivering measurable results in an agile environment

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign‐on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
