Intro
To accelerate our global expansion and enhance our brand presence, we are seeking a motivated Partner Account Manager (m / f / d) for 40 hours/week, to start immediately or as soon as possible, for the North Italy region in Milan. This role reports directly to the Country Manager for Iberia, LATAM, and Italy .
Please note: This is a contract employment .
Your Job
* Identify, supervise, and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
* Support the onboarding of new partners and foster successful relationships.
* Organize and oversee online training sessions for our sales partners and implement the Hornetsecurity partner program.
* Develop partner business plans and monitor the growth and success of your sales partners and distributors.
* Participate in fairs and partner events, and present our solutions.
* Create relevant forecasts and define concrete measures to achieve targets in Italy.
* Collaborate internally with teams such as Sales and Marketing. Represent the company externally as a primary contact.
* Update our CRM weekly with relevant customer and deal information.
Your Profile
* Solid IT knowledge through education, studies, or comparable qualifications, ideally in IT security or cloud services.
* At least five years of professional experience in IT, with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions and business processes.
* Experience in managing sales partners and distributors in Italy, with a proven track record of strategic and economic partner development.
* Excellent communication skills, confident in dealing with partners and customers.
* Willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners through presentations and negotiations.
* Charismatic personality with a passion for working in an international team.
* Fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
* Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and passionate about achieving quarterly targets.
* Organizational talent with the ability to prioritize effectively for the Hornetsecurity Group.
