Focused on Central Italy, he/she will use his/her knowledge of the In Vitro Diagnostic industry, influencing skills, and Key Opinions Leaders connections to develop and implement profitable initiatives and expand our IVD business in this area. This position is part of our outstanding Italian IVD Sales Team, will report to the National Sales Manager, and is fully remote. Join us and accelerate your career.\nResponsibilities\n\nDrive and grow sales in the region in full compliance with company policies and values.\nAnalyze market trends and expand commercial opportunities in the region.\nDefine and achieve sales targets, monitoring KPIs and results.\nAnalyze market trends to develop business plans and strategies aimed at increasing sales, market share, and profitability.\nManage and develop the customer portfolio within the assigned geographic area.\nConduct regular visits to customers and KOLs to strengthen business relations.\nCoordinate, support, and train the sales network.\nManage complex negotiations.\nParticipate in the full sales cycle, collaborating closely with company assets: Tender & Sales Administration, Marketing, Lab Solution, Customer Care.\nPrepare periodic reports on performance, forecasts, and activities carried out.\n\nQualifications\n\nDegree in Biology, Biotechnology, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmacy, or CTF.\nFive years of experience in sales of IVD laboratory instruments or in a similar field.\nClear understanding of complex tenders in both the public and private sectors.\nFluent Italian and excellent English.\nStrong PC skills and experience with a CRM system such as Salesforce.com.\nWillingness to travel to visit public and private hospitals and laboratories.\n\nJoin Us\nJoin our winning team today.
