Job SummaryIn coordination with the Chief Commercial Officer, the OPS team, and the Country Manager, you will support the development and implementation of the commercial strategy and practices across PV, EE, BESS. You will develop opportunities, manage proposals, and play a key role in winning projects while ensuring appropriate contractual terms and financial returns. You will be part of the commercial team, and regular travel within Italy is expected due to the national scope of this role.Main ResponsibilitiesIdentify new business opportunitiesMaintain an adequate opportunity pipeline to meet quarterly objectivesSupport the commercial team in developing strategic partnerships and market channelsContribute to the yearly sales planning processEnsure productivity levels within group reference KPIsParticipate in branding development and target marketing efforts toward ideal customersEmbrace new technology and working methods as they developQualifications and SkillsBachelor’s degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering, or Economics as an alternative5+ years of professional experience in commercial teams within a decentralized energy companyBasic knowledge of business plans, project finance, and familiarity with long-term contractsStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to identify customer needsProven competence in managing multiple clients and projects simultaneouslyExcellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to synthesize information effectivelyAvailability to travel within the country and abroadProficiency in Italian (first language or equivalent)Proficiency in EnglishCompetence in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint tools
