Business Development Executive
About the role:
* Achieve regional sales targets by maximizing sales volumes and developing maximum market share.
* Create regional sales plans and quotas in line with business objectives.
* Conduct direct and indirect business development activities to develop new distribution channels and key accounts in diversified verticals through intensive prospecting activities.
About the job:
The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of proven B to B sales experience in relevant Geospatial industries, including GNSS positioning/navigation, LiDAR mapping, unmanned surveying, construction engineering, GIS, land surveying, and precision agriculture.
Frequency travel is required in Italian-speaking countries (approximately 50%) and occasional travel in Europe to visit business partners/clients, trade shows, and strategic accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* IDentify and recruit new dealers and support existing distributors.
* Manage key accounts in Italy and surrounding countries across diverse market segments for our positioning and navigation solutions.
* Drive and support distributors in the development of their business activities.
* Analyze regional market trends and discover new growth opportunities.
Requirements:
* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Sales/marketing/engineering.
* Fluency in Italian and professional level of English – written and oral – are mandatory.
* Results-oriented, with a positive outlook, and a clear goal of high quality and commercial profit.
* Possesses strong negotiation and excellent face-to-face communication skills.
