Ph3Business Development Manager, Data Center and CDU Europe /h3 pReq ID: 49536 /p pJob Location(s): Pessano Con Bornago, ITA | Torino, ITA | Uxbridge, GBR | Venice, ITA /p pEmployment Type: Full Time | Segment: Danfoss Climate Solutions | Job Category: Sales | Work Location Type: Hybrid /p h3bThe Impact You'll Make /b /h3 pAt Danfoss Climate Solutions, we are looking for a commercially driven and strategically minded Business Development Manager to accelerate growth within the rapidly evolving Data Center cooling ecosystem across Europe. /p pThis role sits at the intersection of technology, commercial strategy, and market influence, with a strong focus on liquid cooling solutions, Cooling Distribution Units (CDUs), and next-generation thermal management technologies for AI-driven and high-density Data Centers. /p pYou will work closely with Sales Directors, Key Account Managers, Product Lines, and Global Solutions teams, helping with the position of Danfoss as a key partner for OEMs, integrators, hyperscalers, and colocation operators across Europe. /p pThis is a high-impact role with strong visibility, autonomy, and the opportunity to shape how future Data Centers are designed and cooled. /p h3bWhat You’ll Be Doing /b /h3 ul liDefine and execute the European growth strategy for Data Center liquid cooling solutions, with focus on CDU technologies and emerging cooling architectures /li liBuild and expand strategic partnerships with OEMs, CDU manufacturers, liquid cooling specialists, integrators, and ecosystem partners across Europe /li liDrive specification influence across consultants, MEP firms, Data Center operators, colocation providers, and end users /li liSupport regional Sales teams and Strategic Account Managers in developing strategic opportunities and customer engagement plans /li liIdentify market trends, emerging players, and new business opportunities, translating insights into scalable commercial growth initiatives /li /ul h3bWhat We're Looking For /b /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, or a related technical field is considered an advantage /li liProven experience in Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Market Development within Data Centers, HVAC, liquid cooling, or mission-critical infrastructure /li liStrong understanding of Data Center cooling architectures and liquid cooling technologies, ideally including CDU solutions /li liExperience operating in complex international and multi-stakeholder environments /li liStrong commercial mindset combined with relationship-building, influencing, and strategic thinking capabilities /li liFluent English communication skills; additional European languages are considered a plus /li /ul h3bReady to Make a Difference? /b /h3 pIf this role excites you, we’d love to hear from you!
