PpCasa Brera, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Milan, is hiring a Pastry Commis de cuisine.
The role reports to the Pastry Chef and involves culinary tasks related to FB production across the hotel's outlets.
This is a full-time position (5 days a week, 2 days off).
/p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liSupport the Pastry Chef de Partie and Pastry Sous Chef in running the assigned station.
/li liPrepare fresh ingredients for cooking according to recipes and guidelines.
/li liTest foods to ensure proper preparation and temperature.
/li liOperate kitchen equipment safely and responsibly.
/li liEnsure the proper sanitation and cleanliness of surfaces and storage containers.
/li liEnsure adequacy of supplies at the cooking stations.
/li liFollow Standard Operating Procedures and brand identity guidelines.
/li liComply with quality assurance expectations and standards.
/li liComply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
