Sales Engineer

We are hiring a Sales Engineer who will work closely with our CCO to boost sales of our small-satellite components. You will be responsible for managing accounts (mainly European and US satellite manufacturers), generating and qualifying leads, and shaping sales, marketing, and product strategies. The ideal candidate will have experience in spacecraft engineering, especially as a system or procurement engineer, and be able to learn quickly and work independently.
Location: Turin, Italy
Starting date: June-July 2025
Responsibilities :
* Account management
* Lead generation and qualification
* Attendance at industry events (travel involved)
* Bidding in B2B and B2G sales processes
Requirements :
* 2-5 years of experience in spacecraft engineering, particularly in systems engineering and subsystem procurement
* Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
* People-oriented mindset
* Knowledge of the satellite market
* Proficiency in English (speaking and writing)

Hiring process :

2. 60-minute interview with Filippo (CCO)
3. Final interview with the founding team (possibly onsite)
