Responsibilities
Ensure smooth daily wine and beverage operations within the restaurant.
Deliver professional, personalized wine service and expert food pairings aligned with Belmond standards.
Curate and maintain the wine list, oversee inventory, stock control, and cellar organization.
Lead wine tastings and create engaging wine‑related experiences for guests.
Collaborate closely with the culinary and restaurant teams to ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
Qualifications
Previous experience in luxury hospitality or fine dining with a focus on wine service.
Strong wine knowledge, including regions and food pairings.
Excellent guest communication and upselling skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and anticipate guest needs.
Fluent in English; WSET/AIS certification and additional languages are a plus.

Excellent communication skills.
Strong teamwork and determination to achieve goals.
Fluency in English at a professional level; proficiency in an additional language is preferred.
Strong attention to detail and ability to remain calm under pressure.
Basic computer literacy.

Responsibilities
Warmly greet and seat guests, present menus, and offer recommendations.
Engage guests to deliver memorable restaurant experiences.
Serve food and drinks with precision, elegance, and adherence to service standards.
Maintain thorough knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and allergens.
Assist with restaurant preparation, table setups, service on the floor, mise‑en‑place, and cleaning.
Respect Belmond standards, policies, and procedures, observing all safety and hygiene directions.
Build polite and caring relationships with guests, handling requests and enquiries.
Work closely with the Restaurant team to deliver the best service.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Chef de Rang or similar role in a high‑end restaurant or luxury hotel.
Exceptional knowledge of food and beverage service, including fine dining etiquette.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Excellent memory and attention to detail.
Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a significant advantage.
Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
Knowledge of wine and spirits is highly desirable.
