Through daily interactions, workshops, and public initiatives, Blox Space aims to increase Bitcoin awareness and support the growth of a local and international network of builders and thought leaders.
What will you do?
As a Marketing Manager at Blox Space, you will lead and execute the communications and marketing strategy around the launch and growth of the hub. This is a hands‑on role that starts with pre‑launch campaign planning and evolves the day‑to‑day ownership of marketing, branding, and community communications.
You will work closely with the hub team to grow visibility, attract members and visitors, strengthen the Blox Space brand, and ensure a welcoming, engaging experience for the community—both online and on‑site.
Main Responsibilities
* Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote events, activities, and membership benefits, driving traffic and engagement.
* Create, manage, and publish content across social media and communication channels, ensuring alignment with the Blox Space brand.
* Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets, digital channels, and public‑facing materials.
* Manage and grow Blox Spaces social media presence with high‑quality, engaging content.
* Build and maintain strong local and international PR relationships.
* Conduct market and user research to understand behaviors, needs, and barriers to Bitcoin adoption.
* Collect and analyze community feedback to continuously improve the hub experience.
Support activities (in collaboration with the Hub Manager)
* Act as a first point of contact for visitors and members, supporting onboarding and the membership journey.
* Manage the welcome desk, assist with inquiries, and contribute to a friendly, professional atmosphere.
* Open, manage, and close the hub when required, ensuring the space is clean, well‑maintained, and properly equipped.
* Plan, coordinate, and host events, workshops, and meetups to strengthen the community.
* Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including universities, PR partners, and organizations aligned with the hub’s vision.
Who are we looking for?
The ideal candidate for this particular role has:
* Previous experience in marketing, communications, or event coordination, ideally in tech, startup, or innovation environments.
* Strong motivation to learn about Bitcoin and freedom technologies (prior knowledge is a plus, but not mandatory).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
* A strong eye for branding and visual communication.
* Proficiency with marketing and automation tools.
* Ability to work cross‑functionally and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders.
* Flexibility to handle diverse tasks and adapt to changing priorities.
* Fluency in both Italian and English (additional languages are a plus).
* A proactive, community‑oriented, and mission‑driven mindset.
Work Arrangements
This will be a hybrid position, with office days in the Blox Space Innovation Hub in Turin.
