You will play a pivotal role in ensuring our digital portfolio is aligned to organizational priorities, resources are optimally allocated and initiatives deliver measurable value. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liMaintain a comprehensive view of current products and services, as well as the planned digital initiatives landscape /li liSupport leadership in prioritizing digital investments by evaluating value, risk, capacity and strategic alignment /li liCreate and manage a dynamic portfolio roadmap that aligns with organizational goals /li liTrack and report on portfolio‑level and initiative‑level KPIs, health metrics and financials, synthesizing insights /li liImplement and enforce portfolio governance processes to ensure initiative transparency, accountability and consistency /liliLead intake and assessment process for new digital initiatives, working closely with other business stakeholders and engineering product managers /li liAct as a liaison between engineering product managers, finance, and sales to align priorities and timing /li /ul h3Fuel your passion /h3 pTo be successful in this role you will: /p ul liHave a Master’s degree in business administration, information systems, engineering or related fields /li liHave proven experience in digital portfolio management, product management, or enterprise‑level project oversight /li liHave a deep understanding of digital development processes, product lifecycle management, and agile or hybrid delivery models /li liHave excellent analytical, communication and stakeholder engagement skills /li liBe fluent in English /li liHave a good understanding of turbomachinery operations and asset management principles /li liHave experience with road‑mapping, portfolio, and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally, Aha!) /li liHave experience in MA or partnerships creation and management /li /ul h3Work in a way that works for you /h3 pWe recognize that everyone is different and that the way in which people want to work and deliver at their best is different for everyone too.
